Supplemental decor rentals, as well as the occasional larger furniture rentals and staging design services for vacant or semi vacant homes can also be custom tailored to fit the client's budget. Costs vary from client to client based on the scope of the project.

​Prospective buyers and renters have difficulty picturing their own decor in a space if there is either too much clutter or furniture, or if there is too little.

​If one of your rooms, or perhaps all of your home, has become stale and dated in its decor, Act Three Designs can completely redesign using a blank canvas or by being "green" and resourceful, reusing existing items in a unique way to revamp your decor.
I also now offer decluttering and reorganization consultations and hands-on sessions to get your room, closet, drawers and cabinets whipped into shape to have a more streamlined system that is both practical and visually appealing.

My expertise and professional event planning and design experience can help transform ANY space, using ANY materials, into an occasion that appeals to all the senses. Your guests will be impressed and wondering how you did it!

Without having to go to a party store, I can create a beautiful tablescape (of any theme or style) and coordinate it with the overall event ambiance you desire depending on the occasion. It doesn't have to cost a lot to throw a lavish event.
